Please review the FillaseatAustin.com rules listed below.

IMPORTANT NOTE: MEMBERS MUST AGREE TO AND FOLLOW ALL OF THESE GUIDELINES. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THEM PRIOR TO JOINING.

Keep in mind that FillaseatAustin is a “seat filler” site and NOT a ticket broker so there will be busier times and slower times. Memberships are longer to ensure that members have plenty of options and a variety of opportunities despite the slower periods.

Although we have included a complete listing of membership rules that we ask all members to review prior to joining, the following "Top 5" are the most important and are repeated below for easy reference:
 
 
1.  FillaseatAustin Member "No Show" Policy - FillaseatAustin members must attend every show that they reserve tickets to OR cancel their reservation by emailing FillaseatAustin Customer Service before the reservation deadline noted on each and every email confirmation.  Note that cancellations are for emergencies only and chronic cancellations will result in a "no show" for the member.  Members should only make reservations for events they can attend as a courtesy to their fellow members and to our entertainment partners.
 
2.  FillaseatAustin "Privacy to Shows" Policy - Members and administration of FillaseatAustin do not publicly post names of entertainment partners at any time nor discuss that they are receiving "comps" through FillaseatAustin while in the Box Office line or attending the event.  This is to insure that the venue's regular ticket sales are not impacted.
 
3.  Confirming Reservations - It is the member's responsibility to make sure that they have properly completed the reservation process and have fully confirmed reservations.  This is accomplished by immediately checking into "My Account" and noting that their new event is included in their master list of confirmed reservations.  As long as the event is listed there, the reservation is confirmed.  Additionally, members should immediately receive an email confirmation with important event details - location, ticket pick-up timing, cancellation deadline, etc.  If a member has confirmed (via "My Account") that they have an actual event reservation but has not received an email confirmation, we suggest checking the email spam folder.  If it's still not there, please contact FillaseatAustin Customer Service for assistance.
 
4.  Event Questions or Changes to Reservations - Members should contact FillaseatAustin Customer Service with any questions, updates or changes to event reservations.  Members should never contact individual venues; everything is handled through FillaseatAustin Customer Service.
 
5.  Will Call & Attending the Event - When picking up tickets, members must present their Texas or Military ID matching the name on their membership and members themselves must attend the event - they cannot give away or sell tickets at any time.

  • ALL MEMBERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE** OR OLDER (VALID PROOF REQUIRED). GUEST ACCOMPANYING MEMBERS MAY BE UNDER 21 (IF SHOW ALLOWS).  **MEMBERS AGE 18 TO 20 MAY NOT RESERVE EVENTS THAT ARE DESIGNATED AS 21 AND OVER ONLY.

  • ALL MEMBERS MUST BE RESIDENTS OF Texas (VALID PROOF REQUIRED; Texas DRIVERS LICENSE OR Texas ID ACCEPTED) OR MILITARY STATIONED IN SOUTHERN Texas (WITH VALID MILITARY ID)

  • ALL MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED ONLY ONE MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE PER YEAR, PER HOUSEHOLD. SIGNING UP FOR MORE THAN ONE MEMBERSHIP WILL DISQUALIFY ALL MEMBERSHIPS.

  • ALL MEMBERSHIPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE

  • fillaseataustin.com IS A “SEAT FILLER” SITE AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE SEATS OR NUMBER OF SHOWS. ALTHOUGH fillaseataustin.com WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO INSURE THAT WE HAVE TICKETS TO OFFER, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE TICKET AVAILABILITY. THERE ARE SLOWER TIMES AND BUSIER TIMES ON fillaseataustin.com BUT YEAR-LONG MEMBERSHIPS ENSURE THAT MEMBERS WILL HAVE PLENTY OF ENTERTAINMENT OPTIONS DESPITE THE SLOWER TIMES

  • fillaseataustin.com IS A 24-HOUR SITE. AS A MEMBER YOU MAY LOG IN 24/7. ANY SHOW LISTED UNDER "ADVANCED" MAY BE SELECTED AT ANYTIME PRIOR TO THE DAY OF THE SHOW. SHOWS LISTED UNDER "TODAY'S" MAY BE SELECTED FROM 10:00AM - 4:00PM.

  • MEMBERS MUST LOG ONTO THE WEBSITE FOR INFORMATION ON TICKET AVAILABILITY. fillaseataustin.com OCCASIONALLY WILL SEND OUT AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION WHEN NEW SHOWS ARE ADDED, HOWEVER, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF MEMBERS TO LOG IN ON A REGULAR BASIS TO SEE WHAT SHOWS AND EVENTS ARE AVAILABLE. fillaseataustin.com LIMITS THE EMAILS THAT ARE SENT OUT (NORMALLY A MAXIMUM OF 2-3 PER WEEK).

  • TICKET RESERVATIONS ARE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.

  • ONLY MEMBERS MAY RESERVE TICKETS FOR EVENTS. ONLY THE MEMBER WILL BE PERMITTED TO PICK UP THE RESERVED TICKETS AT THE SHOW VENUE. IT IS MANDATORY THAT THE MEMBER ATTEND ALL SHOWS FOR WHICH THEY HAVE RESERVED TICKETS. IF A MEMBER DISTRIBUTES THE RESERVED TICKETS TO A NON-MEMBER WITHOUT ATTENDING THE SHOW THEMSELVES, THEIR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND.

  • ONCE A MEMBER RESERVES A TICKET(S), FAILURE TO ATTEND, OR TO BRING THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PEOPLE SIGNED UP FOR THE SHOW WILL RESULT IN A FIRST TIME WARNING. A SECOND OCCURRENCE WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT REFUND. REMEMBER THAT OTHER MEMBERS WILL DESIRE THE SAME TICKETS. BE COURTEOUS TO THEM AND ONLY RESERVE THE NUMBER OF TICKETS NEEDED.

  • APPROPRIATE ATTIRE IS REQUIRED WHEN ATTENDING SHOWS. IT IS UP TO EACH VENUE OR SHOW TO DETERMINE IF MEMBERS ARE DRESSED APPROPRIATELY AND WILL HAVE 100% DISCRETION TO DENY A MEMBER ADMISSION TO THE VENUE OR SHOW. IF A MEMBER IS DENIED ADMISSION, THIS WILL BE LOOKED UPON BY fillaseataustin.com AS A NO SHOW AND A WARNING OR MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION WILL FOLLOW.

  • MEMBERS MAY ONLY RESERVE ONE SHOW/EVENT PER DAY.

  • MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED ONLY ONE NAME PER ACCOUNT. WHETHER YOU PURCHASE A 1, 2, OR 4 PERSON MEMBERSHIP, ONLY ONE NAME MAY BE ON THAT ACCOUNT.

  • IF fillaseataustin.com IS CONTACTED BY BOX OFFICE, SECURITY, OR ANY VENUE OR PRODUCTION STAFF MEMBER OF A SHOW AND INFORMS fillaseataustin.com THAT A MEMBER WAS SELLING TICKETS OR DISRUPTIVE, THAT MEMBER WILL LOSE THEIR MEMBERSHIP IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND. OUR SHOWS AND EVENTS HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT US IF THIS IS EVER THE CASE AND THIS WILL NOT BE OPEN FOR DISCUSSION BETWEEN MEMBER AND fillaseataustin.com.

  • MEMBERS MAY NOT CONTACT ANY SHOW OR VENUE REGARDING TICKETS RECEIVED OR AVAILABLE THOUGH THIS SITE. IF THERE IS A QUESTION ABOUT AVAILABILITY OR YOUR ORDER THROUGH fillaseataustin.com, YOU MUST CONTACT US DIRECTLY. fillaseataustin.com EMAILS OUR WILLCALL LIST PRIOR TO PICKUP TIME TO THE EVENT. CONTACTING THE EVENT DIRECTLY CIRCUMVENTS OUR SYSTEM AND ANY MEMBER FOUND DOING SO WILL RECEIVE A WARNING. A SECOND TIME WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF MEMBERSHIP.

  • MEMBERS MAY ONLY ATTEND A PARTICULAR SHOW/EVENT ONCE. THIS WILL ALLOW ALL MEMBERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE THE SHOW. IF EXTRA TICKETS BECOME AVAILABLE FOR A PARTICULAR SHOW, fillaseataustin.com RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR MEMBERS TO RESERVE TICKETS A SECOND TIME.

  • WHEN A MEMBER SIGNS UP FOR AN EVENT, THEY WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT INCLUDES EVENT AND TICKET INFORMATION. THIS CONFIRMATION IS NOT REQUIRED WHEN YOU SHOW UP FOR AN EVENT UNLESS SPECIFICALLY NOTED. HOWEVER YOUR Texas OR MILITARY ID IS REQUIRED. IN MOST CASES, VENUES WILL ASK THAT MEMBERS PICK UP THEIR TICKETS AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO START OF SHOW; SOME SHOWS MAY REQUEST UP TO AN HOUR. MEMBERS SHOULD NOT CONTACT THE BOX OFFICE DIRECTLY. SOME SHOWS MAY CANCEL A RESERVATION IF THE MEMBER SHOWS UP LATE. IF A MEMBER IS LATE AND THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED, THIS WILL BE LOOKED UPON BY fillaseataustin.com AS A NO SHOW AND A WARNING OR MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION WILL FOLLOW.

  • WHEN A MEMBER PICKS UP RESERVED TICKETS AT THE VENUE BOX OFFICE, THEY ARE NOT TO DISCUSS HOW THEY RECEIVED THE TICKETS OR THAT THE TICKETS WERE COMPLIMENTARY. THERE MAY BE PAYING CUSTOMERS IN LINE. MEMBERS MUST BRING A VALID Texas ID OR Texas DRIVER'S LICENSE OR MILITARY ID AND MAY BE ASKED TO SHOW PROOF THAT EVERYONE ATTENDING THE SHOW IS 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER**.

  • ALL TICKETS OFFERED ARE CONSIDERED COMPLIMENTARY AND THUS HAVE NO ACTUAL CASH VALUE. SELLING OF THESE TICKETS OR DISPENSING "EXTRA" TICKETS TO OTHER PATRONS AT A SHOW IS NOT PERMITTED. MEMBERS ARE TO SIGN UP ONLY FOR THE SHOWS THEY WILL ATTEND AND ACQUIRE ONLY THE NUMBER OF TICKETS FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE ATTENDING AS THEIR GUESTS. SELLING OF TICKETS WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT REFUND.

  • SELLING OF RESERVED TICKETS IS PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION WITHOUT A REFUND.

  • fillaseataustin.com DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF THE SEAT. EACH VENUE WILL DETERMINE WHICH SEATS THEY WILL OFFER TO OUR MEMBERS.

  • MEMBERS WILL NOT HOLD fillaseataustin.com OR THE VENUE OF THE SHOW/EVENT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHOW/EVENT CANCELLATIONS. IF fillaseataustin.com LEARNS THAT A SHOW/EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED PRIOR TO THE EVENTS START TIME, AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT OUT TO ALL MEMBERS WHO RESERVED TICKETS. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE WILL BE TIMES WHEN A SHOW/EVENT IS CANCELLED AT THE LAST MINUTE. IN THIS CASE, fillaseataustin.com WILL NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO NOTIFY MEMBERS.

  • SOME SHOWS/EVENTS WILL WANT FEEDBACK FROM GUESTS. MEMBERS WILL BE INFORMED OF A SHOW'S REQUIREMENT AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION. ONCE THE MEMBER ATTENDS THE SHOW, THEY WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL REQUESTING A SURVEY RESPONSE. THE MEMBER MUST COMPLETE THE SURVEY AND REPLY BACK WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY. MEMBERS SHOULD NOT SIGN UP FOR A SHOW WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS IF THEY DO NOT INTEND TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY.

  • fillaseataustin.com WILL NOT BE HELD FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS ACTIONS.

  • fillaseataustin.com MAY SEND MEMBERS AN EMAIL. fillaseataustin.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST EMAILS, BLOCKED EMAIL ACCOUNTS, OR ACCOUNTS THAT VIEW OUR EMAILS AS SPAM OR JUNK MAIL.

  • ALL SHOW/EVENT LISTINGS ARE CONFIDENTIAL AND ONLY AVAILABLE TO PAYING MEMBERS OF fillaseataustin.com. ANY MEMBER POSTING THIS INFORMATION PUBLICLY WILL LOSE THEIR MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT REFUND.

  • ANY COMPLAINT BY A VENUE ABOUT A MEMBER WILL RESULT IN A WARNING AND REVIEW OF SAID MEMBER'S ACCOUNT. IF A SECOND COMPLAINT IS REPORTED, THE MEMBER WILL FORFEIT HIS/HER MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT A REFUND AND WILL NOT BE GRANTED MEMBERSHIP AGAIN.

  • fillaseataustin.com RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP OF ANY MEMBER WHO DOES NOT FOLLOW ALL OF THE RULES LISTED, CAUSES ANY TYPE OF DISTURBANCE AT A SHOW/EVENT, OR CREATES A PROBLEM WITH fillaseataustin.com OR ANY VENUE. NEGATIVE OR “HOSTILE” EMAILS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

  • fillaseataustin.com DOES NOT KEEP OR STORE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. IF YOU CHOOSE TO PURCHASE, UPGRADE, OR RENEW, YOU WILL HAVE TO ENTER ALL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION EACH TIME.

  • fillaseataustin.com DOES NOT AUTO-RENEW MEMBERSHIPS. IT IS UP TO YOU AS THE MEMBER TO RENEW WHEN YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS SET TO EXPIRE.

  • MEMBERS DO NOT HAVE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD. MONEY ORDERS, PERSONAL CHECKS, OR CASHIERS CHECK MAY BE MAILED TO OUR ADDRESS FOR PAYMENT FOR PURCHASE OF MEMBERSHIPS, UPGRADES, OR RENEWALS.

  • MEMBERS SHOULD ONLY RESERVE TICKETS TO EVENTS THEY PLAN TO ATTEND.  THE CANCELLATION DEADLINE IS FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY AND CHRONIC CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A MEMBER "NO SHOW".  WE INCLUDE A CANCELLATION DEADLINE ON EVERYONE'S RESERVATION CONFIRMATION AND, IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES, ALL MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO CANCEL NO LATER THAN THAT DEADLINE.  OUR LISTS NEVER GO OUT ANY LATER THAN 4:15 PM ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT SO THERE ARE NEVER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS AFTER THAT TIME.  ONCE THE WILLCALL LIST HAS GONE OUT, CANCELLING WILL BE VIEWED AS NOT ATTENDING AND A WARNING OR CANCELLATION WILL TAKE PLACE.  ONLY EXTREME SITUATIONS WILL BE EXCUSED. 

  • fillaseataustin.com’S CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER IS OPEN SEVEN DAYS A WEEK (EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS) AND EMAILS ARE ANSWERED WITHIN A TIMELY FASHION WITHIN 24 HOURS OR LESS.
  • **FILLASEATAUSTIN NOW ACCEPTS MEMBERSHIPS STARTING AT AGE 18 AND UP.  HOWEVER, MEMBERS 18 TO 20 YEARS OF AGE ARE PROHIBITED FROM RESERVING ANY EVENT THAT IS DESIGNATED AS A 21 AND OVER EVENT.

  • fillaseataustin.com IS INDEPENDENT OF ANY OTHER FILLASEAT LOCATION. YOUR fillaseataustin.com MEMBERSHIP IS GOOD ON THIS SITE ONLY. NOT VALID IN OTHER MARKETS.
